You may return any items that you are unhappy with (excluding earrings) within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (Europe). Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with proof of purchase and all associated material. Items must be returned as a whole and not as separate parts.
We advise that all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by MALA & BUNGA LTD.
Once we have received your return, we will inform you via email. Returns are usually processed within 10 working days, although during busy periods this may vary.
Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear on your card.
POSTAGE COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED ON FAULTY ITEMS ONLY.
MALA & BUNGA Ltd are unable to accept returned earrings, unless faulty. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

We have extended our returns policy at Christmas for any orders placed in November and December, as we understand many of these orders will be gifts. If the gift is not right or the size requires exchanging, you have 14 days from Christmas day to return it to us.
We are happy to accept returns on sale items for which we will offer a refund only within 7 days of purchase.
